Morgan Dugan

Morgan Dugan has extensive experience in commercial strategy and supply chain management within the agricultural industry. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Strategy and overseeing commercial units at Syngenta, Morgan previously held significant roles at Indigo, including General Manager for the Eastern US and the Indigo Marketplace. Prior positions at The Maschhoffs included Vice President of Supply Chain and Senior Director of Supply Chain. Morgan's experience at Monsanto encompassed roles such as Channel Brand Lead and Regional Sales Manager. An early career at Eaton Corporation included a Global Leadership Development Internship. Academically, Morgan Dugan holds an MBA in Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
