Rafael del Pozo Piñero

Rafael del Pozo Piñero is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in key account management and marketing within the agriculture sector, currently serving as Key Account Manager and Iberian Marketing Field Expert at Syngenta since October 2019. Rafael also has experience in volunteering with the United Nations Volunteers, focusing on developing a Digital Giving Strategy aimed at enhancing women's peace efforts in African communities. Prior to joining Syngenta, Rafael completed an engineering internship at The James Hutton Institute, a prestigious agronomy research center in the UK. Rafael holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from IESE Business School and has pursued additional education at INSEAD, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Strathmore Business School, along with a University Master's Degree in Agro-Industrial Food Engineering and Agronomic Engineering from Universidad de Extremadura.
