Rafael Menini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, service operations, and procurement across various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Success & Experience, Service Operations and BI Sr Manager at Syngenta Digital Brasil since March 2022, Rafael oversees a team of over 60 people, focusing on strategic planning and structural management.
