George Mamaladze has extensive work experience in the field of software architecture and technical advisory roles. George began their career at TBC Bank as the Head of the IT Department, where they managed hardware and network infrastructure and implemented software system integration. George then moved on to Optimize IQ, where they worked as a Software Project Lead and achieved notable accomplishments such as launching the first prepaid voucher digital distribution system in Germany. After that, they joined EuroEngineering as a Software Architect, where they provided architecture consulting services, mainly for Siemens AG. George then worked at Siemens as a Senior Software Architect, specializing in the TIA Portal, the leading industry automation engineering software. At Huawei Technologies, Mamaladze served as a Principal Software Architect, leading research projects and providing technical support and consulting to development teams worldwide. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Architect at Siemens and is also the Chief Technical Advisor at syniotec.

George Mamaladze's education history includes two main institutions. George attended Tbilisi State University from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained a Diploma in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. From 2003 to 2004, they studied Mathematics and Computer Science at FernUniversität in Hagen.

In addition to their formal education, Mamaladze has also obtained two certifications. In 2015, they earned the certification of "Certified Senior Software Architect" from Global Learning Campus. Furthermore, in 2018, they became an "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate" through Amazon Web Services.
