Alyssa Sliney has over 10 years of work experience in the field of data governance and management. Alyssa started their career as an intern at BackOffice Associates in 2006 and eventually worked their way up to become a Technical Lead and Process Area Lead. In this role, they provided technical leadership and managed server migrations for Dow's Data Readiness Project.

In 2011, Alyssa joined Estee Lauder as an SAP Material and Vendor Master Consultant, where they were responsible for supporting day-to-day production environments and delivering global deployments. Alyssa successfully completed three global Boring Go Lives™ for Estee Lauder.

Alyssa then moved to Syniti in 2016, where they held various roles, including Governance Lead and Global MDM Practice Lead, Senior Delivery Partner. As the Governance Lead, they led a team in implementing data governance strategies and conducting integration with third-party systems and SAP HANA. In their role as the Global MDM Practice Lead, they were responsible for the delivery strategy and implementation of Syniti's data governance projects globally.

In their most recent role at Syniti, Alyssa served as the Technical Harmonization Lead, where they focused on harmonizing business partner data across multiple SAP systems and versions. Alyssa developed a core business partner data model and standards for harmonization and supported business decision-making through agile reporting and application development.

Alyssa Sliney obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
