Samira Ribeiro

Samira Ribeiro is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate, compliance, and M&A. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Director of Corporate & LATAM Legal at Syniti since April 2021, Samira has also held positions as Co-Owner of Embrace Cross-cultural Solutions LLC and as an LL.M. candidate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior legal experience includes roles as Legal Manager at Tetra Pak, and as both Legal Manager and Senior Legal Counsel at The Dow Chemical Company, where responsibilities spanned litigation, contracts, and new business development. Samira's educational background includes a Master's degree in Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, a post-graduation in Contracts/Law and Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a law degree from Universidade Paulista.
