Beppo Jaime Lugo

Beppo Jaime Lugo has over 23 years of experience in operational systems engineering and customer operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Syniverse since December 2007, Beppo has held various leadership roles, including Team Lead for Production Teams in Germany and North America, and began as an Operational Systems Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at BSG Clearing Solutions and Electronic Data Systems, where Beppo also worked as an Operational Systems Engineer. Beppo's educational background includes studies at Gymnasium an der Stadtmauer in Bad Kreuznach from 1990 to 1999, following earlier studies in Bad Kreuznach from 1986 to 1990. Notably, Beppo relocated from Germany to Florida, USA, to support the local data clearing team.
