Mike Bradford

Mike Bradford has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mike started their career as an Undergraduate Apprentice at BAESystems, where they gained experience in various aspects of the aerospace industry. Mike then worked as a Systems Engineer at National Air Traffic Services, focusing on radio systems design and international standards.

Mike then transitioned to the mobile industry, joining T-Mobile as a Principal Engineer. Mike worked on the development and launch of new mobile services such as SMS, GPRS, WAP, MMS, and 3G.

Mike later joined VoxSurf as the Head of Product, leading the development of an award-winning advanced messaging platform. Mike also took on additional responsibilities in program management, leading development and delivery teams, and pre-sales.

After that, Mike worked at NeuStar as an Architect/Account Manager, where they contributed to the development of the Neustar Rich Communication Suite solution and managed accounts including Vodafone and Orange.

Mike then joined MACH as a Product Manager, specializing in mobile payments. Mike later became the Operations Director for the same business unit, co-managing the standalone mobile payments division and overseeing product, technology, delivery, and operations.

Mike then returned to Syniverse, initially as an Operations Director for Mobile Payments (following Syniverse's acquisition of MACH) and later held several Product Director roles, focusing on new product development, transformation, identity and engagement, and CPaaS platforms.

Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on innovation and technical expertise.

Mike Bradford has an MSc in Radio Frequency Communications and Electromagnetic Compatibility from the University of York, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Mike also holds a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from The University of Sheffield, which they received from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the Product Strategy Micro-Certification (PSC™️) from Product School in 2023, the Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io in 2023, Different types of minds certification from City & Guilds in 2023, and the Product-led Certification from Pendo.io in 2022. Mike also holds the Prince 2 certification.
