Glenn Laing

Glenn Laing has extensive experience in the dairy manufacturing sector, currently serving as Director of Manufacturing at Synlait Milk Limited since April 2021. Prior to this role, Glenn worked at Fonterra for nearly 18 years, holding positions such as General Manager of Dairy Process Excellence and Site Operations Manager across various sites, including Darfield and Clandeboye. Earlier career experiences include roles at NZMP and Anchor Products, where Glenn developed skills in production, process operations, and laboratory techniques. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Waikato, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and a Diploma in Competitive Manufacturing Management from NZIM.
