Mike Kearins

Mike Kearins is an experienced professional in engineering and production management, currently serving as a Digital Business Partner at Synlait Milk Limited since October 2018. Key responsibilities have included leading the manufacturing aspects of the SAP S/4HANA implementation and managing operations for multiple dryer plants focused on infant formula and milk powder production. Prior to this, Mike held roles at Cookie Time Group and Medifab, including Production Manager and Engineering Manager, respectively. With a strong foundation in mechanical design and production engineering from SKOPE Industries, Mike also possesses degrees in Engineering and Industrial Management and Business from Massey University, alongside additional qualifications from NZOQ and the Organisation Development Institute.
