Eason Chang

Eason Chang is a Software Product Manager at Synology since May 2022, where Eason has led a team of 20 engineers and 4 designers in transforming Synology Drive into an enterprise-grade file server, achieving a 30% increase in enterprise adoption. Prior to this role, Eason served as a Software Product Specialist for Multimedia Apps at Synology, successfully launching features for the Synology Photos app that contributed to over 1.2 million monthly active users. Eason's experience also includes working as a Data Analyst in Worldwide Procurement at Dell Technologies from April 2021 to April 2022, where efforts focused on diagnosing supply continuity risks and analyzing aging inventory. Earlier, Eason gained experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at Burger King®, leading a product launch that generated NTD 15.5 million in sales, and worked as a Librarian Management Specialist at eslite 誠品. Eason holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Technology from National Taiwan University, completed in 2020.
