Hsing-Yao Wang

Hsing-Yao Wang's work experience begins in 2015, where they worked at \u9577\u69ae\u822a\u7a7a as a Power Plant Maintenance Engineer. In this role, they balanced rotating parts of the engine, machined engine parts, and performed manual disassembly and assembly of engine modules. From January 2016 to March 2018, they served as a Customer Support Engineer at the same company, acting as a liaison between customers and the OEM, maintaining and organizing engine data, and providing engine maintenance workscope.

In 2018, Hsing-Yao Wang joined Synology as a Technical Support Engineer. They helped customers solve NAS problems and played a role in providing technical support. Later on, they were promoted to Senior Technical Support Engineer, starting in October 2021, where they have continued to provide technical support.

Hsing-Yao Wang received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
