Basannagouda Reddy

Basannagouda Reddy has extensive experience in circuit design and project management within the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Director of R&D at Synopsys Inc since June 2012, with prior roles including Senior Manager and Engineering Project Manager. Previous positions at NXP Semiconductors involved technical leadership in GPIO circuit design and library IP development, along with customer support. Basannagouda's career began at PHILIPS, progressing from Design Engineer to Senior Design Engineer, with a focus on library IP validation and project management. Education includes a Master’s degree in VLSI CAD from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gulbarga University.
