Caitlin Perez

Caitlin Perez is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Sr. Director of TA Operations and Programs at Synopsys. In this role, Caitlin leads a team focused on creating and implementing global talent acquisition strategies while emphasizing diversity and inclusion. Prior to this position, Caitlin held various roles, including Staffing Programs Specialist and HR Programs Manager, where they contributed significantly to recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
