Cristina Hernandez

Cristina Hernandez is an accomplished leader in the fields of diversity, inclusion, and talent experience, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Experience, Communities, and Belonging and Chief Diversity Officer at Synopsys Inc since February 2023. With a strong passion for the arts, Cristina is also a Board Member at Pasadena Playhouse, advocating for accessible theater. Previously, as Director of Inclusion Strategy at Netflix, Cristina was instrumental in establishing the company's Inclusion Strategy team and its global Employee Resource Group program. Cristina's extensive experience includes roles at The Vernā Myers Company as Vice President of Client Relations and various legal positions, culminating in a partnership at Quarles & Brady LLP. Cristina holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in U.S. History from Harvard University.
