David van Kampen

David van Kampen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in DSP architecture and system design. They worked as a Senior DSP Hardware Architect at Intel Corporation from 2014 to 2018, where they innovatively improved DSP architecture and developed benchmarking frameworks. Prior to that, David held roles at companies such as Ericsson and ST-Ericsson, contributing to next-generation DSP architectures and Software Defined Radio research. They are currently advancing their expertise as a Principal Engineer in AI at Synopsys Inc., having also served as a Senior System Architecture Benchmarking Engineer. David earned a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universiteit Twente in 2006.
