Dolores Jandik

Dolores Jandik has over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Administrator at Synopsys Inc since May 2005, Dolores ensures the 24x7 availability of critical Microsoft Windows technologies, including Active Directory and Exchange Online, while also providing operational support for Oracle Identity Management. Previously, Dolores worked as a Desktop Engineer, delivering second-level support for hardware and corporate applications. Prior experience includes a role as a Server/Desktop Administrator at Nassda, providing first-level support, and serving as a Quality Specialist at HP, focusing on hardware and operating system quality testing. Dolores holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of San Francisco, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
