Helena Krupnova is currently the Group Director of Emulation R&D at Synopsys Inc, a position held since 2011. Previously, Helena worked as a Project Manager at Emulation and Verification Engineering (EVE) from 2011 to 2012 and as a Software Engineer at Design&Reuse from 1999 to 2000. They also served as a Prototyping Activity Leader at ST Microelectronics from 2008 to 2011, focusing on rapid prototyping solutions. Helena earned a PhD in FPGA, prototyping, digital design, verification, and software for programmable technologies from Grenoble INP - UGA, and was a PhD student and assistant teacher at Tallinn Technical University from 1993 to 1995 and at CSI/INPG from 1995 to 1999.
