Jigesh Patel

Jigesh Patel is a seasoned Technical Marketing Manager at Synopsys Inc, with a career spanning over two decades in the photonics industry. Since joining Synopsys in May 2012, Jigesh has specialized in silicon photonic technologies, managing both technical marketing and product development for photonic integrated circuits and systems modeling tools. Expertise includes collaborating with senior management on advancements in AI and machine learning, as well as leading partnerships with foundries and customers. Prior experience includes serving as Application Engineering Manager at RSoft Design Group and conducting research at NIST on Next Generation Internet security, with additional research experience from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Jigesh holds a Master’s degree in Communication Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
