Julia Bertrand-Nelson

Julia Bertrand-Nelson has extensive experience in order management and customer service, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Worldwide Order Management at Synopsys, Inc. since January 2001. Prior roles include Director of Order Administration at Aspect Communications from 1997 to 2000 and Manager of Customer Service at Abbott Laboratories from 1990 to 1997. Julia holds a Certificate of Business Excellence from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, completed additional executive coaching training at the same institution, and earned a BS in Nutrition Science from San José State University, along with an AA in Accounting/Finance from Evergreen Valley College.
