Konstantin Moiseev

Konstantin Moiseev is a Principal Engineer at Synopsys with a Ph.D. in VLSI CAD from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Previously, Konstantin served as a Senior CAD Engineer at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included developing optimization algorithms for low-power, high-performance VLSI designs. Konstantin also held various teaching roles at the Technion, including Instructor and Adjunct Lecturer, specializing in integrated circuits design and VLSI backend CAD. With expertise in static timing analysis and power-delay optimization, Konstantin is proficient in TCL, Matlab, C, and C++.
