Blaine Schneider

Blaine Schneider has a strong background in medical device research and development, with experience at companies such as Silk Road Medical, Inc., Medtronic, Philips, and Spectranetics. Blaine has held various roles, including Principal R&D Engineer/Manager, Principal Scientist, Technical Lead, Manager of Disease State Research, Pre-Clinical Lead Scientist, and Senior Research Engineer. In these positions, they have led teams, managed projects, and conducted research to evaluate the safety and efficacy of medical devices. Blaine also has experience in market research, technology assessments, and prototype development. Blaine holds a Senior Innovation Fellow position at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and has completed graduate studies in new product design and business development.

Blaine Schneider holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota. Prior to their doctoral studies, they earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the same university. In 2002, they completed a bartending course at the Minnesota School of Bartending. Blaine obtained their High School Diploma from Detroit Lakes High School.
