Namita Rane

Namita Rane is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as an R&D II Senior Software Engineer at Synopsys Inc since January 2022, Namita previously held positions as a Lead Software Engineer and Software Engineer II at Cadence Design Systems from September 2016 to January 2022. Earlier in 2015, Namita interned as a Software Engineer at NVIDIA, contributing to Project Ranger, which involved developing a system service for remote debugging within the TEGRA family of devices. Namita began the professional journey with an internship at ABM Knowledgeware Ltd in mid-2013, where responsibilities included designing Java-based software for attendance management. Namita holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (2014-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai (2010-2014), complemented by earlier education at Mithibai College and Narsee Monjee Educational Trust's Jamnabai Narsee School.
