Zeid Zumot

Zeid Zumot is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Cyber Security Engineering at Synopsys Inc. since September 2021, Zeid is also an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network and a member of the Purple Book Community, focusing on secure development practices. Previous positions include Email Security Practitioner at Agari and Director of Corporate IT Security at Forescout Technologies Inc., where Zeid built the IT security team and led strategic initiatives. Zeid holds an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and is pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence at The University of Texas at Austin. Zeid is also certified in multiple areas, including CISSP, CISA, CGEIT, CCSP, and CIAM.
