Ashley Jefferson

Ashley Jefferson is the Chief People Officer at Synoptek. She is a seasoned, results-oriented business leader with over two decades of comprehensive experience across various industries, including technology, financial services, and civil construction. Ashley comes with extensive experience in varied areas of human resources, including organizational design, talent management, HR strategy and planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, and leadership development. Most recently, she served as Vice President, HR Business Partner for Rackspace Technology, where she was responsible for leading a global HR team, as well as providing strategic and consultative HR support to the executive leadership team for several key business functions, including the Americas. At Synoptek, Ashley leads the charge of creating the best work culture and ensuring all team members at Synoptek are empowered to succeed, collaborate, and work effectively.

Ashley has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University.

Ashley lives in New Braunfels, TX, is married, and has one son. She is actively involved in her community and currently sits on the board of the Empowering Women as Leaders Austin Chapter. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her son in his extracurricular activities, reading, traveling, spending time with her family, and giving back to her community.
