Alex Lyashok

Alex Lyashok currently serves as CEO of Archipelago, a productivity software provider for insurance brokers focusing on analytics, and as an advisor for Synota, which offers financial solutions for the energy sector. As a co-founder of Merit Protocol, Lyashok is involved in creating safer methods for sharing employment and career records, while also acting as an operating partner at New Layer Capital, supporting early-stage founders at the intersection of sustainability and blockchain. Prior experience includes being CEO at WorkFusion, leading intelligent automation solutions, and holding significant roles at EPAM Systems, Rodmon Systems, JSTOR/Ithaka, and Telcordia Technologies. Alex Lyashok holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Master's degree in Applied Math and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
