Allen Piscitello

Allen Piscitello is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and product management. Currently serving as Head of Engineering and Senior Staff Software Engineer at Synota since February 2023, Piscitello previously held various senior roles at Blockstream from October 2017 to February 2023, including Director of Research Integrations, where contributions included the development of advanced features and addressing product limitations. Piscitello's prior experience also includes leadership positions at Headspring, LLC, and National Instruments, encompassing roles from Senior Consultant to Senior Software Engineer, where expertise in software design, development, and team mentorship was demonstrated. Piscitello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from The Ohio State University.
