Andy Tsai 蔡宗哲

Andy Tsai 蔡宗哲 has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Chinese Fleet Manager at HGreg Nissan Puente Hills. In 2012, they were a Tour Guide at AmericanTours International, LLC, where they managed a 19-day, cross-country motorcoach tour called Hollywood 2 Broadway during the busy season, and in the Field Operations department at headquarters, managed local tour guides schedules and payroll. In 2014, they were a Mortgage Loan Officer at TransUnited Financial Services. In 2018, they were a Laboratory Assistant at Synova Life Sciences, where they established 10 primary human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell lineages, trained and supervised 2 laboratory technicians in aseptic technique and cell culture, and assisted with side-by-side comparison experiments. In 2021, they were a Sports Performance Assistant at University of California, Berkeley, where they managed Catapult wearables for the WBB team (14 players), used OpenField Console to capture real-time movement data for each athlete during practices and games, and collected subjective data from each athlete before/ after each practice (Soreness, RPE). Currently, they are a Lab Manager & Stem Cell Researcher at Synova Life Sciences.

Andy Tsai 蔡宗哲 has a diverse education history. From 2017 to 2020, they attended Santiago Canyon College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Biology/ Biotechnology. Andy then attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Biology. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including SOLIDWORKS: Drawings from LinkedIn in June 2022, Bachelor of Art from University of California, Berkeley in May 2022, Basic Introduction to Biosafety from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in January 2019, Biomedical Data or Specimens Only Research from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in January 2019, Biosafety Retraining from CITI Program in June 2022, and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens from CITI Program in June 2022.
