ERICA BOYER has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, currently serving as Manager of Loan Support & Operations at Synovus since October 2016, where previous roles included Operations Supervisor for QA & Compliance Reporting and Operations Quality Assurance Lead. Prior to Synovus, ERICA worked at United Community Bank from November 2008 to June 2014 as BSA & Compliance Coordinator, focusing on regulatory reviews and compliance monitoring. ERICA's earlier experience includes a position as Customer Service/Vault Teller at Peoples Trust and Savings Bank from May 2005 to September 2008. ERICA holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern Indiana, earned between 2002 and 2006.
