Mechele Davis, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition. Mechele currently holds the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition at Synovus. Prior to this, Mechele was the Vice President/Director of Human Resources at Mainstreet Community Bank of Florida and the Vice President Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Florida Community Bank. With a degree in Associate of Arts from Seminole State College of Florida, Mechele has held various HR roles throughout their career, showcasing their expertise in the field.
