Michael Durroh

Michael Durroh serves as the DEI Director and Inclusion & Diversity Director at Synovus, driving initiatives to elevate the company’s inclusion and diversity practices since October 2012. Prior to this role, Michael held several leadership positions at Bank of America, including Fraud Claims & Recoveries Director and Customer Marketing Director, and contributed to the management of fraud investigations and recovery processes. Michael's extensive career in banking also includes various roles at MBNA America Bank, such as Regional Employment Director and Business Development Director, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a large workforce and developing relationships with educational institutions. Michael holds a degree from the University of Delaware, completed in 1990.
