Tom Dierdorff

Dierdorff was named Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate & Investment Banking in November 2021. He has more than 25 years of financial services experience and previously served as Managing Director and Financial Services Group Head for Regions Bank and Regions Securities. At Regions, Dierdorff founded and ran the corporate finance and capital markets coverage effort for insurance companies, asset and wealth managers, broker dealers, and non-bank lenders, as well as private equity sponsors active in those sectors. Prior to Regions, Dierdorff led the insurance corporate & investment banking practice at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey for seven years. He also worked in financial institutions corporate & investment banking for nine years at Wachovia Securities and predecessor firms.
