Jon Edwards

Jon Edwards is an experienced professional in the biotechnology investment sector, currently serving as Managing Partner at Bioqube Ventures since June 2023. Edwards holds various board positions including roles at CatalYm GmbH, SynOx Therapeutics, RXCELERATE LIMITED, and previously at Bicara Therapeutics, where an IPO occurred under Edwards' tenure. Prior to this, Edwards was a Managing Director and Board Representative at Red Tree Venture Capital, contributing significantly as a founding team member and member of the investment committee. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Biophysics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Vermont.
