Roland Haller serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief of Staff, and Head of Internal Services at Synpulse since October 2014, overseeing HR, Marketing, Finance, Controlling, IT, and Administration, while also acting as Data Protection Officer. Prior experience includes serving as a Lecturer in Organisational Design at NBW from May 2014 to December 2016 and owning RHC Roland Haller from March 2012 to September 2014, focusing on leadership courses and client acquisition. Roland Haller also held senior roles at Credit Suisse from August 2000 to June 2011, including Senior Manager of Investigations and Inquiries and Project Manager in Inhouse Consulting, where contributions included establishing management development programs and developing CRM processes. Earlier experience encompasses project management roles at Dannemann and Karer Consulting, with a strong emphasis on procurement, logistics, and quality management systems. Roland Haller holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich, earned between 1991 and 1996.
