Shihoe Nakajima

Shihoe Nakajima is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the People Systems (HRIS) Lead and People & Culture Head for Southeast Asia at Synpulse since March 2017, overseeing operations across multiple countries including Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Philippines, and Australia. Shihoe's expertise encompasses people operations, team management, employee life cycle processes, performance management, and employee relations, along with responsibilities in payroll review and vendor management. Prior experience includes roles as a People & Culture Business Partner and Senior HR Executive, with a strong foundation in performance management, learning and development, and HR administration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Murdoch University and a Diploma in Integrated Facilities Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
