Jakub Smolinski

Jakub Smolinski serves as an Associate Partner at Synpulse and Synpulse8, leading initiatives in Digital Assets across the APAC region and building Web3 products since October 2022. Previously, as a Principal Consultant at Capco from October 2018 to September 2022, Jakub led a team in establishing a new business segment for Fintech/New Payment Methods Banking and received an Innovation award for implementing a machine learning approach to address client challenges. Jakub's earlier experience at Accenture spanned from 2007 to 2018, where roles included Management Consulting Manager, contributing to strategic data assets and innovation in investment banking and insurance. Jakub's career in project management began at AXADIRECT, culminating in a Master of Science in Engineering from Politechnika Lubelska.
