Zachary Roland

Zachary Roland is a Product Quality Engineer at SynQor since July 2023, leading the Quality Assurance team and coordinating efforts to resolve quality issues impacting production timelines while ensuring compliance with ISO-9001 and AS9100 standards. Prior experience includes a Mechanical Engineering Intern position at the Umass Amherst Physical Plant from March 2022 to October 2023, where in-depth analysis of building floor plans and a comprehensive assessment of campus chillers enhanced maintenance tracking. Additionally, as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics from June 2021 to August 2022, Zachary collaborated with engineers to improve operational efficiency, safety procedures, and facility designs using AutoCAD, ultimately presenting innovative solutions to management. Zachary Roland is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, building on a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering earned from the same institution in 2023.
