Sven Johansson

Sven Johansson is currently working as the Head of CRM at Synsam Sverige since August 2021. Prior to this role, Sven served as the CRM Manager at Cervera from May 2015 to August 2021. With a background in market analysis and customer insight, Sven previously worked as a market analyst at H&M from May 2007 to May 2015, and at Rädda Barnen from December 2000 to May 2007. Before entering the corporate world, Sven briefly worked as a business journalist at DSN.
