Ayça Akkaya

Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer at SynSense

Ayça Akkaya has held a variety of work experience since 2012. Ayça began as an intern at İTÜ Embedded Systems Design Laboratory in 2012. In 2013, they held internships at both Aselsan and Mikroelektronik Ltd. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and an Intern at Kandou Bus S.A. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer at SynSense.

Ayça Akkaya has an extensive educational background. Ayça began their studies in 2005 at Antalya Yusuf Ziya Öner Fen Lisesi, where they completed their high school degree in 2009. Ayça then attended Istanbul Technical University, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering in 2014. After that, they attended EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and obtained their Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2016. Finally, they returned to EPFL and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microsystems and Microelectronics in 2021.
