Lara Perryman

Lara Perryman is a Senior Research Biologist at Syntara, specializing in drug development for diseases associated with inflammation and fibrosis. They have extensive experience in target validation and mechanism of action studies. Previously, Lara held research positions at organizations such as NeuRA, the Oncology Research Centre, and the Institute of Cancer Research, where they contributed to studies on metastatic growth in prostate cancer and the genomic landscape of pediatric glioblastoma. Lara obtained their PhD from Københavns Universitet, focusing on invasion and metastasis in cancer, and completed their undergraduate studies in biology, chemistry, and marine physiology at the University of Melbourne.
