Leigh Carden has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. They began their career as an Interactive Marketing Intern at The Phoenix Media/Communications Group. In 2012, they joined Absolute Business Solutions Corp. as an Operations Specialist, where they coordinated and communicated between various departments. They also worked as a Proposal Coordinator, assisting in establishing the documentation process and running daily status meetings. Since 2013, Leigh has been working at Syntasa, initially as an Operations Specialist and later as a Marketing Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Project Manager at Syntasa.

Leigh Carden obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Marketing from Virginia Tech in 2010. Prior to that, they attended Wagner College from 2006 to 2008, but it is unknown whether they completed a degree or pursued any specific field of study during that time. In 2016, Leigh obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
