Melissa Ryan has a strong background in customer service and sales. Melissa began their career as the owner of Coffee Spot in 1999 and operated the business until 2003. From 2003 to 2012, Melissa worked in sales at S&S Limousines, Inc. In 2012, they transitioned to a sales and marketing role at Miller's Millworks, where they worked until 2014. Following this, Melissa joined Chapin International as a Customer Service Representative and served in that role until 2017. Currently, they are the Manager of Customer Service at Syntec Optics, where they have been since 2017.
Melissa Ryan attended LeRoy Central School and Notre Dame High School from 1985 to 1988. Melissa did not receive a degree or pursue a specific field of study during this time period. From 1988 to 1990, Melissa Ryan attended Genesee Community College where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
