Fernando Gallina

Fernando Gallina has extensive experience in leadership roles within the agricultural sector, currently serving as the Regional Director for Latin America & Brazil at SynTech Research Group since March 2019. Prior to this role, Fernando held various significant positions at Syngenta, including Head of Field Crops Seeds Development LATAM and Head of Regional Product Development LATAM, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing product development, strategic alignment, and nurturing R&D efforts in the region. Fernando began a career at Zeneca Agrochemicals as Marketing Head Brazil, successfully launching key technologies. Fernando holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Universidade Federal de Pelotas.
