Bree van Oss

Bree Van Oss has extensive experience in software development and engineering. Bree currently works as a Principal Embedded Software Engineer at Syntech Systems - FUELMASTER. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Syn-tech Systems, Inc. from 2014 to 2022.

Before that, Bree worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Ghostery, Inc. from 2011 to 2014, where they were responsible for the reporting web service and internal web services. Bree also held the position of Lead Developer Right Media Exchange Reporting at Yahoo! from 2007 to 2011, where they led a team in the maintenance and enhancement of a Java-based reporting engine.

Bree's previous experiences include working as a Java Developer at Citizens Property Insurance from 2006 to 2007, participating in the design and development of their web-based underwriting and policy management system. Bree also worked as a Java Developer at CSX Technology from 2003 to 2006, contributing to the design and maintenance of their customer facing e-commerce site, ShipCSX.com.

Additionally, Bree served as a Java Developer at HealthSouth from 2001 to 2003, where they played a role in the construction and maintenance of the company's customer facing website. Bree also worked as a Technical Architect & Developer at BellSouth (now AT&T) as a contractor in 2001, focusing on the design and construction of a web-enabled product catalog.

Bree's early career included roles as a Developer Analyst and Lotus Notes Developer at AMS (now part of CGI) from 1999 to 2001, where they gained experience in Lotus Notes development and J2EE training.
