Mark-Philipp Decker

Mark-Philipp Decker currently holds the position of Head of PMO Pharma - Strategy & Transformation at Syntegon, effective July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development and Head of Strategy at Apleona Group from November 2023 to June 2025, alongside a role as Senior Strategy Consultant within the Energy Practice at Kearney from July 2022 to October 2023, where an exceptional performance rating was attained.
