Odilia Kortsmit

Odilia Kortsmit is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project coordination, practice management, coaching, and organizational development. Currently serving as Projectcoördinator at Syntein, Odilia focuses on implementing Positive Health initiatives in general practices, wellness projects, and labor market developments for healthcare workers. Odilia has held various leadership roles, including Praktijkmanager at Huisartsenpraktijk Gennep and project leader at ONS Gezondheidserf, where collaboration across multiple healthcare disciplines was emphasized. Over the years, Odilia has also contributed to coaching and training at organizations such as Telfort and KPN, developed sustainable community projects, and provided HRM consultancy at the Ministry of EL&I. Odilia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, and Law from HAN University and advanced certifications in coaching and counseling.
