Agnetha Lund

Agnetha Lund has diverse work experience in various industries and roles.

In 2003, they worked as the Director of Icebar International at ICEHOTEL, where they started, built, and managed the international franchise chain Absolut Icebar and Icebar by Icehotel. Agnetha also organized international ice events, including the Olympic games in Turin.

From 2004 to 2012, Agnetha served as the VD and founder of their own business consultancy, providing services as a Business Consultant.

In 2010, they became a member of Athena, a company where they continued to work for an unspecified period of time.

In 2012, Agnetha joined ALCOLOCK as the VD / General Manager for Nordic Countries, Balticum, and Poland. Agnetha also served as a board member at ALCOLOCK until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Agnetha was a member of the organization Boarding for Success.

In 2014, they became a member of the Board at Prospero Management AB. Agnetha held various roles at Prospero Management AB, including Partner, CFO, and Senior Management Consultant until 2019. During this time, they led a complex project called "Kraftsamling Öppen Data," which was recognized by the Gartner group as an excellent example of leadership in uniting the public transport sector towards common goals.

From 2019 to December 2019, Agnetha worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in interim management, business development, CFO, financial analysis and reporting, coaching, change management, and brand building. Agnetha led complex projects in the private and public sectors, focusing on areas such as security and safety, procurement, innovation, and international expansion.

In January 2020, Agnetha joined Syntell AB as a Lead Management Consultant, focusing on various areas such as corporate management and governance, business development, sales and marketing, operational development, strategic planning, and brand strategy. Agnetha continues to work in this role.

Agnetha Lund's education history includes several programs and courses in various fields. From 2000 to 2000, they attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, for an executive program. In the same year, they also participated in an executive program at the University of California, Berkeley. In 1996 to 1998, Agnetha pursued a Change Leadership Program in cooperation with Gothenburg University and Ericsson at Chalmers University of Technology. Agnetha'sundergraduate studies were completed from 1988 to 1992 at Luleå University of Technology, where they received a B.Sc.BA degree in Civilekonomexamen.

In terms of recent professional development, in 2021, Agnetha attended various courses at Syntell Academy including Systems Engineering & Lifecycle Management, Configuration Management-introduktionskurs, and Requirements Engineering. Additionally, in 2015, they took a course at Karnov, Sweden, focusing on LOU, LUK, and LUFS - legislation and interpretation.

Furthermore, Agnetha has pursued education and training in other areas of interests. In 2011, they participated in a legal course on Real Estate Development and Legislation organized by HSB in Lago Maggioro, Italy. Agnetha also became a certified board member through a program at Styrelse Akademien in Stockholm, Sweden, in the same year. Additionally, they took part in the CFO advanced training program at FAR Akademi in Stockholm, Sweden, also in 2011. Agnetha's education journey also involved attending the Ericsson Business Academy for a Service Marketing Program in Spain in 1998. Prior to that, in 1987, they were a part of Up with People, a renowned international education organization, where they acquired knowledge in performance, PR, marketing, governmental, and social studies as a part of Cast E 87 in the USA.
