Agnetha Lund has diverse work experience in various industries and roles.
In 2003, they worked as the Director of Icebar International at ICEHOTEL, where they started, built, and managed the international franchise chain Absolut Icebar and Icebar by Icehotel. Agnetha also organized international ice events, including the Olympic games in Turin.

Agnetha Lund's education history includes several programs and courses in various fields. From 2000 to 2000, they attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, for an executive program. In the same year, they also participated in an executive program at the University of California, Berkeley. In 1996 to 1998, Agnetha pursued a Change Leadership Program in cooperation with Gothenburg University and Ericsson at Chalmers University of Technology.
