Kathy Ritchey

Kathy Ritchey has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical psychology. Kathy began their career as a Psychologist in a private practice from 1999 to 2012. After that, they joined CARF International as a BH Program Surveyor in 2018. In 2009, Kathy Ritchey became the Clinical Director at Syntero, Inc., a company that provides therapeutic treatment and counseling services. Kathy held this position until 2017 when they transitioned to the role of Director of Clinical Quality Improvement at Syntero. In May 2020, Kathy Ritchey became the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer at Syntero. Alongside their professional roles, Kathy also has experience as a Clinical Psychologist in their own private practice, which they started in 2020.

Kathy Ritchey obtained a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University, where they were enrolled from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Clinical Psychology at Morehead State University from 1982 to 1984. In 1982, Kathy completed their undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
