Christine Lopez

Christine Lopez has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Christine is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Synthesia since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Global Customer Success at Mural from February 2023 to September 2023. Christine also served as the Director of Customer Success at Mural from May 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Mural, Christine worked at Salesforce as a Client Success professional from January 2019 to April 2021. Additionally, they have experience in Professional Development & Resource Management at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, where they worked from September 2017 to December 2018.

Christine has a strong background in people management, having worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in various roles. Christine served as the Manager of the People Team from March 2015 to September 2017, as the Coordinator of the People Team from July 2012 to February 2015, and also started their career at the company as a Legal Assistant from September 2006 to July 2012.

Christine Lopez completed a Data Analytics program at General Assembly in 2018. Christine obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Loyola University Maryland in the years 2002-2006. In 2019, they received three certifications from Datorama, a Salesforce Company: Datorama Champion, Datorama Expert, and Datorama Specialist.
