Tabita Luis

Tabita is an international HR Executive with over 12 years of experience leading people teams and strategically partnering with business leaders. She has designed and executed impactful people and culture strategies in a large range of companies, from complex corporate environments, early-stage startups to hyper-growth scale-ups across Europe and Latin America.

Tabita holds a bachelor in social sciences, with a major in organisational psychology. She has specialized in cultural transformation, DE&I, leadership development, and innovation. She is a passionate lecturer at several schools in topics such as career coaching, DE&I for HR professionals, and inclusive leadership. She co-founded the biggest Spanish-speaking community focused on Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion (weall.es) and she is a frequent guest lecturer for this topic at several events, podcasts, webinars, and universities in Europe and Latin America.
